Demis Cabrele, RMT, A.C.E. PT

Demis is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000-hour program. He believes that massage therapy facilitates the body’s natural healing process. Incorporating modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and stretching. Demis is able to create a treatment plan for each client that promotes balance through restored function. He is committed to helping his clients move towards a pain free lifestyle. Patient education is an important component of Demis’s treatments: he believes that with knowledge patients will be better equipped to go through the healing process.

Demis is an A.C.E. (American Council of Exercise) certified personal trainer. His belief is that fitness and health is not just going to the gym and running on a treadmill; it is a lifestyle change. His job as a trainer is to help guide you through that change and help you achieve your fitness and heatlh goals in a safe manner. As a Registered Massage Therapist he has been trained to acknowledge physical impairments and all the muscular imbalances associated with them. Demis is confident with his added training as a RMT he is able to create a specialized training program that addresses muscular imbalances that may be causing discomfort. 

 


Sarah Piper, RMT, RYT

Sarah graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy's 3000 hour program in 2011. She discovered the benefits of massage therapy while she was training as a competitive swimmer and triathlete. She has a wide variety of experience in treating patients ranging from athletes and office workers to pre/post natal and patients with whiplash. She incorporates a variety of treatment modalities into her treatments depending on what the patient presents with. She is trained in deep tissue massage, swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy technique, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy, and remedial exercise. Her goal is to help clients achieve a more relaxed, pain-free body so that they can move through life with greater ease. At the end of a session, she typically encourages home care activities such as: postural awareness, hydrotherapy (ice/heat), stretching & strengthening exercises to empower clients to continue on their healing. Sarah has also completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2016 and teaches yoga regularly.
